The Sync Strategy provides coaching and education on the menstrual cycle and cycle syncing but we do not offer medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Our services do not replace professional medical advice from your own healthcare team.

Always consult your qualified healthcare professional before making any decisions about your health or making changes to any treatment plan you may be on. This applies to everyone but it is especially important if you have a medical condition or take any medications.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes from our coaching services, courses, or digital products.

The Sync Strategy and Dr Pettigrew are not liable or responsible for any loss or damage allegedly arising from any information or suggestion on this website, its courses or digital products.

3. Courses and Digital Products

  • Course access and digital content purchases are delivered electronically.

  • Access to purchased digital content is for personal use only and may not be shared, sold, or distributed.

  • Due to the nature of digital content products all sales are final and no refunds will be given.

    4. Intellectual Property Rights

    All content on The Sync Strategy.com including but not limited to:

    • Digital products, Course materials, guides, coaching tools, videos, and social media content

    • Logos, branding, text, non stock images, and graphics

    Are the property of You Are The Medicine Ltd trading as The Sync Strategy and may not be copied, shared, reproduced, or sold without written permission.

    Unauthorized use of any content may result in legal action.

    5. Social Media and Public Engagement

    By engaging with our content on social media platforms, you:

    • Consent to us sharing your publicly available comments, testimonials, or messages as part of our promotions. We will always reach out to ask your consent before doing this.

    • Understand that private coaching discussions remain confidential and will never be shared.

    • May request removal of shared content by contacting us at [email protected]

6. Confidentiality and Privacy Policy

We take your privacy and confidentiality seriously. Any personal information collected will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Confidentiality

Individual coaching sessions are confidential.

We ask that what is discussed in the room during a group coaching session is kept in the room and not shared with others.

Please note confidentiality does not apply to: (1) cases of suspected abuse/neglect of children or the elderly, (2) people deemed an imminent potential harm to self or others, (3) cases involving criminal proceedings, (4) cases involving legal proceedings affecting the parent-child relationship. In any of these cases discussion would need to take place between Dr Pettigrew and the appropriate professional agency.

7. Payment and Pricing

  • All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change.

  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe

  • Full payment is required before accessing digital products.

  • Payment processing companies and merchants may have privacy and data collection practices that are different from ours. We have no responsibility or liability for these independent policies of the payment processing companies and merchants. In addition, when you make certain purchases through our Programs, Products or Services, you may be subject to the additional terms and conditions of a payment processing company, merchant or us that specifically apply to your purchase. 8. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, we encourage resolving it through direct communication, and will do all we can to facilitate this. In the unlikely event that it remains unresolved, arbitration may be required.

  • Arbitration must be requested within one year of the dispute.

  • The only remedy available through arbitration is a refund of unused services.

  • You agree not to engage in public disparagement of The Sync Strategy during disputes.

 

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any legal action must be filed in the appropriate jurisdiction.
